Well the Wii Fit plus is in my opinion the perfect Christmas gift for 2009. There are loads of games to play which means hours of fun but as the games make you move it will help you from putting on weight over the holidays! 

I know the holidays are a rough time for many, worried about parties with food and drink at every turn. So you need to stack the odds in your favour, if your going to buy a games console buy the Wii.

When I bought my Wii Fit plus it was the combined present from me to my partner Noeleen and her gift to me. Now I do have to let her win sometimes but we have a lot of fun playing the games together.

She’s actually picked to get an all star medal this year which I have to say I’m very proud of her.

In case your wondering all star winners are picked for there positions on a team. So if you picked all the best players from all teams based on there positions you would have the best team. (Hope you get my drift)

I’m a qualified fitness and exercise professional and my girl is an all star winner plus they won the all Ireland medals last year, if you can’t brag about the one you love you have a problem!
